I am deeply honored to be a candidate for president of the American Library Association. It is an honor to be nominated and I would work to serve the membership of ALA and all librarians. As an ALA member for 30 years I have a deep commitment to ALA and its values. I feel I can make a significant contribution in advancing its mission and goals.

Please explore my website and get to know me. I have created a Forum and a link to my Blog. I hope you will use them to ask questions, exchange ideas, express your concerns. Facilitating this communication is the first step in addressing concerns and accomplishing the challenges ahead.
